Billy Robbins - Senior Pastor
Billy Robbins has served as Senior Pastor since May 2024. He and his wife are blessed with five wonderful daughters. His extensive ministry experience includes previous roles as a Worship Pastor and Youth Pastor, reflecting his deep commitment to fostering spiritual growth across all age groups. Billy is passionate about guiding his congregation on their faith journey and is dedicated to creating a welcoming and uplifting church environment.

Ruth Day - Children's Ministry Director
Ruth Day is the mother of 5 young children. She is a homeschool mom and has a background in Elementary Special education. Ruth enjoys sewing and being with her family. She joined the PVBC team in June 2021 and has been doing ministry along side her husband for 15 years. Ruth is excited to work with the children at PVBC and teach them a strong foundation and love for God’s Word. “ Train up a child in the way they should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Proverbs 22:6.

Michael Boyles - Pastor to Young Families
Michael has a Masters of Divinity in pastoral ministry from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and 8 years of teaching experience in lay leader roles and in filling in for pastors when they were away. His passion is in discipleship, helping believers reach their full potential in following Jesus Christ. The emphasis of his pastoral degree was in discipleship and Biblical Counseling. His wife Victoria homeschools their four children.
Michael teaches the young adults class aimed at 55 and younger adults. This class is a verse by verse teaching of the whole Bible following the pattern of J. Vernon McGee’s “Thru the Bible” program which alternates between old and New Testament books of the Bible.
