The staff and leadership here at Pleasant Valley is comprised of men and women who love, care and pray for every single person in the church.   • Michael Carter  - Pastor

    Michael and Dynette Carter have been serving the local church in ministry for over 30 years. They have two daughters. Amberly is a Speech Language Pathologist in Dallas, and Kinsley is a Junior at Bushland High School. The Carters exist to attract people to loving relationships with God and the local church. Michael has a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministry from Oklahoma Baptist University, a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and worked on a Doctor of Ministry from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary. The Carters love going to Disney World and the lake.

  • Donnell Davidson  - Administrative Assistant 

    Donnell has served in church office ministry for 24 years and on the PVBC staff for 14 years.  She views it as a privilege to use her gifts and talents to serve God's church.  She has a heart to see the Church grow spiritually and to share the love of Jesus Christ.  Donnell and her husband, Barry, have been married 37 years.  They have two daughters and ten grandchildren.

  • Ashlee Kieth - Children's Minister & Missions Director

    Ashlee grew up in Pampa, Texas and went on to graduate in 2016 from West Texas A&M University with a degree in Psychology. She served as our children's ministry intern the summer of 2018 and is now on staff as part-time director. Ashlee loves working with children and desires to see them come to know the Lord. She has experience in kids, university, and refugee ministry. She loves people and is excited to see how the Lord will use this new opportunity to minister to the community of Pleasant Valley.
